Days on Market in Charlottesville and Crozet has drastically gone up in the past few weeks. Is that due to new construction homes? Or is the market Changing? It’s now fall and winter, historically in Charlottesville area the market slows down as buyers are more focused on the holidays than buying a new home.
Next week I’ll tweak the criteria to only show homes that are move in ready and we will see if our market is in for a long winter or if buyers just take a month to decide.
