When will more homes hit the market in Charlottesville and Crozet? I’m constantly asked when more homes will be for sale in Crozet and 2024 is no different than 2023. Yes, we have fewer homes hitting the market in January 2024 than we did in January 2023, but that is normal for the seasonality of it all.
In my latest video, I show you some historical statistics of when we can most likely see more homes coming on the market. Does that mean that we should wait till they do? Not at all! You should be looking at homes now in case that home you love comes on the market but be aware that more homes should be coming on but with those new homes it also means more buyers will be looking as well.
