With the FED announcing potentially 3 rate cuts in 2024, we can see interest rates staying in the low sixes for the foreseeable future. I foresee 2024 being better for buyers as far as interest rates are concerned. None of us are fortune-tellers, but I do not see 2024 with higher rates than we have now. This is the best time to buy if you are ready to buy. I can’t stress enough that you only should buy a house if it’s the right move for you and your family.
